How long does setup take?+
Five working days from receiving your logo, brand colours and theme choices. You review the portal before it goes live, and we make revisions until it feels like yours.
How do my customers get access?+
Whichever suits your booking flow: customers enter the email they booked with, or a code you include in your booking confirmation. Either way, access stays exclusive to paying customers, with no accounts or passwords needed.
Do we need to install anything or train staff?+
No. The portal is hosted by us on a dedicated page. Most businesses simply add one line to their booking confirmation email, and that is the entire integration.
What happens if we go over our included downloads?+
Nothing breaks. Extra downloads are billed at your plan's per-invite rate, between 35p and 75p. We alert you as you approach your allowance, and if you are regularly over, upgrading a tier is usually cheaper.
Who designs the invites?+
We do: original designs created around your party themes and brand. You approve every design before it appears in your portal.
Can we cancel?+
Yes, any time, with no minimum term on monthly plans. The setup fee covers the design and build work, so it is non-refundable once your portal is live.
