These terms apply when you use Instant Party Invites or buy a personalised digital invitation from us.

About us
Instant Party Invites is operated as a sole trader business. You can contact support at support@instantpartyinvites.com.
What we sell
We sell personalised digital invitation files. You choose a template, enter your details, pay online, and receive a generated digital invitation by download and/or email.
Before you order
Check that the template, spelling, date, time, venue, and other details are correct before payment. Make sure you have permission to use any names, images, wording, or other content you provide. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, offensive, misleading, or rights-infringing content.
Payment and delivery
Payment is handled by Stripe. After successful payment, we aim to generate your invitation quickly and make it available by download and/or email. Delivery times may vary if a third-party service or technical system is delayed.
Digital delivery and cancellation
By placing an order, you ask us to start generating and delivering your personalised digital invitation immediately after payment. Once the invite has been generated, emailed, opened, downloaded, or otherwise made available, cancellation and refund rights may be limited unless the product is faulty, not as described, or not supplied.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. In short, if we cannot deliver a working invite or the result is materially wrong because of our system, we will fix it or refund you. Customer-entered mistakes or change of mind after delivery are not normally refund reasons.
Use of your finished invite
After purchase, you may use the generated invitation for your personal event, including sharing it digitally or printing it for that event. You may not resell templates, resell generated files as your own product, or use the service to create infringing or unlawful material.
Third-party services
The site uses third-party services for payments, hosting, image generation, email delivery, storage, analytics, and advertising. We are not responsible for outages or issues outside our reasonable control, but we will try to help where they affect your order.
Limitation of liability
We provide a low-cost digital invitation service. We are not responsible for indirect losses, missed events, lost profits, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
