How do I receive my invitation?

After successful payment, your invitation is generated and made available on the success page. We also email the invite or download link to the email address used at checkout.

Can I print the invite?

Yes. Your invite is a digital file that you can share online or print for your personal event.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Not normally once the personalised invite has been generated, emailed, opened, downloaded, or made available. If something is faulty or we cannot deliver the invite, we will fix it or refund you.

What if I made a spelling mistake?

Please check your details before payment. If you notice a mistake afterwards, contact support@instantpartyinvites.com and we will try to help, but customer-entered mistakes are not automatic refund reasons.

Who processes payments?

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

How do I contact support?

Email support@instantpartyinvites.com with your order email and a short explanation of the issue.
