Refund Policy

We want customers to receive the personalised digital invitation they ordered. Because each invite is made from the details you enter and is delivered digitally, our refund policy is designed to be fair while preventing misuse after a finished file has been delivered.

Our fix-or-refund promise

If your invitation cannot be generated, cannot be downloaded, is the wrong template because of our system, or is materially different from the product description, contact us and we will either fix it or refund you.

When refunds are available

Refunds are available if payment was taken but no invitation was generated or delivered, the download link does not work and we cannot provide a working file, the finished invite is materially different from the template or description shown before purchase, or there is a technical fault caused by Instant Party Invites that we cannot correct within a reasonable time.

When refunds are not normally available

Refunds are not normally available if you change your mind after the personalised digital invitation was generated, emailed, opened, downloaded, or made available; the invitation matches the template, preview, and details you supplied before purchase; there is a spelling mistake or incorrect detail caused by customer input; you no longer need the invitation; or you bought the wrong design but the purchased design was generated correctly.

Personalised digital products

Your order is for a personalised digital invitation generated from the information you provide. By placing an order, you ask us to start creating and delivering the digital file immediately after payment. This means cancellation rights may be limited once the file has been generated or supplied, unless the invite is faulty, not as described, or we fail to deliver it.

Customer details and previews

Please check your names, dates, times, venue details, spelling, and wording before paying. If you spot a small mistake after purchase, email us and we will try to help, but customer-entered errors are not automatic refund reasons.

How to request help

Email support@instantpartyinvites.com with your order email, the template name, and a short explanation of the issue. Screenshots are helpful. We aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes your statutory rights. If a digital product is faulty, not as described, or not supplied, you may still have legal rights to a repair, replacement, or refund.
